Where are those ppl who were venting anger towards IV core team for posting news before announcement? Anyway it took lot of hard work for the IV team to continue on their mission even after so much fiasco by some IV posters too.
Great job and keep up the hard work for lots of work is still needed to fix this broken and flawed immigration system of this great nation.

You are eligible to apply under masters quota. There is no special form for the masters cap. However, lets hope that your attorney has checked the box of h1b for "US Masters" and send application to USCIS with ATTN: H-1B U.S. Masters Cap

According to a specialist on immigration forums "Mr UnitedNations" the unused visas are directly being used for EB3 ROW , I am not how he knows that but maybe thats what is happening.
Maybe EB3 ROW being a diverse group is being given more precendence than highly subscribed countries.

Yup. Make a group, pool the contributions. One member collects the money after making $100 pay pal, google contribution. This concept can be extended to $200 , $500 too, if you can form big enough groups.

Go to the authorities and report her.
H1 is a temporary situation. Your family is permanent. Protect your family.
Do not let the fear of social services coming to check on you from stopping to do the right thing. They have a job to do; they will not take away a child unless they really believe that the child is not being cared for. They do not want to add to the strain of foster care system which is already under stress.
Law enforcement agencies also monitor sites like IV, Rajiv Khanna etc. And they can get a subpoena against IV to get your information if they suspect that a crime has taken place.
Everyone: please please ... You should not only check for the cleanliness and background of the staff (and facility) who take care of your kid. Also make sure that their way of taking care of your kid meets your expectation. Do not make any assumptions. Ask pointed questions and get certain answers.
Also... I feel that there is more to the story than what the OP has said in his one and only posting.
I think he/she already went past the point to think "what will happen to me" when they hired someone knowing that she was not legally eligible to work/provide that service.
If not them reporting that nanny, her next victim will report her. I strongly believe that, if she is used to that way of raising a kid, she will hit other kids in the future. And they will be exposed at that point when the authorities grill her to spill the beans on her previous employers.
I am also afraid that the OP might take matters into his/her own by making an emotional decision; and that would put him in hot water.

I hope that was not the only criteria for you to choose her. Keep in mind that a person's behaviour when they are alone speaks of their true nature. They can behave nice and good when they have company; but do they continue to be the same when there is no adult around them?
Definitely install a nanny cam that you/yourwife can keep checking from work.

2. Able to find someone inexpensive who can take care of your valuable baby
3. Powerful knowledge in technology to setup a secret camera to capture what she does the whole day

Anytime in future, if she is caught(chances are more as she is clearly not aware of the laws here and how serious is beating a child, if not in your place some other place), expect query from INS/IRS. This is a different country.

How many days we will have left in Sep month. Now its too late any action we will take may need 15 days or more .. by that time we will have oct month and new bulletin..

This is also for all and it is not about recapturing the visas alone. It is about justice to anybody whose PD is current. What kind of justice would it be if your PD is current after the visas have been recaptured and you are waiting for 10 years just because your case is not being picked up in the random lottery ?
